Thật buồn cười là sao 60 phút là quá dài khi nói chuyện với ông bà cha mẹ, mà 60 phút lại quá ngắn khi chơi điện tử hay tán gẫu cùng bạn bè.

Thật buồn cười là chúng ta khoái chí và hồi hộp run lên khi trận đá bóng đến những phút bù giờ, nhưng chúng ta …lại than thở và khó chịu khi thầy cô dạy thêm vài ba phút sau tiết học.

Thật buồn cười khi chúng ta thấy khó nhọc thế khi đọc một chương cuốn giáo khoa, mà chúng ta lại thấy dễ dàng thế khi đọc một cuốn truyện dày cả trăm trang.

Thật buồn cười là mọi người cãi nhau để tranh giành một chỗ ghế đầu khi xem bóng đá hoặc biểu diễn ca nhạc, nhưng lại cãi nhau để tranh một chỗ ghế ngồi hàng cuối ở lớp học.

Thật buồn cười là chúng ta cần hai đến ba ngày để suy nghĩ thì mới đưa được một buổi học bù vào thời gian biểu của mình, nhưng lại sắp xếp được thời gian cho một buổi đi chơi ngay vào phút cuối cùng.

Thật buồn cười là một số người thấy vô cùng khó khăn khi đọc và giải thích cho người khác một bài học, nhưng lại thấy rất dễ dàng khi hiểu và truyền bá những chuyện ngồi lê đôi mách.

Thật buồn cười là chúng ta không thể nghĩ ra cái gì để cầu nguyện cho người khác, nhưng lại tìm ra đủ thứ để mong ước cho bản thân mình.

Thật buồn cười là chúng ta nhanh chóng quyết định đi theo chỉ dẫn của một người lạ mặt khi chúng ta lạc đường, nhưng chúng ta lại ngần ngại không làm theo lời chỉ bảo của chính đầu óc mình.

Thật buồn cười là con người bị ảnh hưởng quá nhiều bởi những gì mà người khác đánh giá về mình, hơn là những gì tự mình đánh giá về mình.

to be a servant, a cook, a mother,a wife, even if she doesn’t want to ; and is learning just like you are as to what you want from her ; and is clumsy and sloppy at times and knows that you won’t like it if she is too demanding, or if she learns faster than you.

One, who has her own set of friends, and that includes boys and even men at her workplace too, those, who she knows from school days and yet is willing to put all that on the back-burners to avoid your irrational jealousy, unnecessary competition and your inherent insecurities.

Yes, she can drink and dance just as well as you can, but won’t, simply
Because you won’t like it, even though you say otherwise.

One, who can be late from work once in a while when deadlines, just like yours, are to be met ;

One, who is doing her level best and wants to make this most important relationship in her entire life a grand success, if you just help her some
and trust her.

One, who just wants one thing from you, as you are the only one she knows in your entire house – your unstinted support, your sensitivities and most importantly – your understanding, or love, if you may call it.

But not many guys understand this……
